    3.电池的触点不与金属或带油污配件接触,注意防潮

    5.电池切勿放低温如冰箱里、高温如炉子旁
    6.如需更换电池,请只用手机生产厂家认可的电池类型
    7.对于有记忆效应的电池,每次应把电量使用完毕,再充电,否则电池会出现记忆效应,大大减少电池的寿命。
    8.电池使用寿命是按充放电周期来计算的。因此,充足电用完后再充,能最大限度的延长电池的寿命。

    1)pH测试笔保养及注意事项
       此测试笔出厂时,已校准,可直接使用,下列情况须重新校准:
      校准后已使用(或放置)很长时间;
      电极使用特别频繁;
      测量精度要求比较高;
      做校正时,勿重复使用校正缓冲液;
      当笔头有白色结晶时,此乃正常现象请勿紧张,可用清水浸泡一段时间;
      滴几滴保存液或校正缓冲液在笔套里面,请勿使用蒸馏水或纯水来浸泡或保存测试笔;
      测试笔玻璃电极敏感球泡可能有小气泡,它将影响电极的正常测量,使用时应摇动电极,使气泡跑出敏感球泡;
      玻璃电极易打破,使用时需小心;
      显示值模糊或不显示或显示值比溶液的真实PH值高或低很多,则应更换电池
       2)更换电池的方法
       将笔上面有开关的黑色板,轻轻拉出来,不要拉断电线,可看见4颗1.5V电池,拉出更换即可;
     注意电池极性及选择相同型号的电池
     电极插入待测液或校正缓冲液时,不可超过测试笔上标示最大高度。
     若电极放置时间很久,且敏感球泡暴露在空气,因电极干燥,使得响应变慢且显示值不稳定。这时,应将电极浸入蒸馏水活化几个小时;
     为了改善性能,每星期至少一次将PH计电极插入蒸馏水,每次几分钟;
     蛋白质沉淀物(如测牛奶\乳酪等)要浸入胃蛋白酶和盐酸溶液进行消除处理;这种溶液在使用前准备好,使用后,将电极浸入这种溶液几个小时,然后用清水冲洗干净,接着浸入蒸馏水几个小时;
     油脂膜同样影响敏感球泡的测量,李除去这薄膜,用75%的醇溶液冲洗敏感球泡,再用滤纸擦干,用水冲洗好,然后浸入蒸馏水几个小时;
       3)pH校准
       将测试笔电极浸入PH值为6.86(25℃下)的混合磷酸盐标准缓冲液,并轻轻摇动;
     用小螺丝刀调整校正电位器直到显示值标准缓冲溶液在环境温度下的PH值相符;
     电极插入PH4.01的磷笨二甲酸氢钾或PH9.18的硼砂标准缓冲溶液
     显示值缓冲溶液的PH值相比应在误差允许范围内。
       4)操作步骤及方法
       取下保护套;
     先用蒸馏水清洗PH计的电极,并用滤纸将附在电极上的水分吸干;
       接通位于电池仓上的开关;
     将PH计电极插入被测液体,直到液体浸到略低于“浸没线”,条件允许,可使溶液浸到略高于“浸没线”的位置;
     轻轻地搅拌溶液待数值稳定后,读取显示值;
      使用完毕,清洗电极,关掉开关,套上保护套;

    1) Maintenance of pH test pen and matters needing attention

    This test pen has been calibrated and can be used directly when it leaves the factory. The following conditions need to be re-calibrated:

    It has been used (or placed) for a long time after calibration.

    Electrodes are used very frequently.

    The requirement of measurement accuracy is relatively high.

    When correcting, do not reuse the correcting buffer.

    When the pen has white crystals, this is a normal phenomenon. Don't be nervous, soak in clear water for a period of time.

    Drop a few drops of preservation solution or correction buffer in the pen case. Do not use distilled water or pure water to immerse or preserve the test pen.

    There may be small bubbles in the sensitive bulb of the pen glass electrode, which will affect the normal measurement of the electrode. When using, the electrode should be shaken to make the bubbles run out of the sensitive bulb.

    Glass electrodes are easy to break and should be carefully used.

    Batteries should be replaced if the display value is ambiguous or not or much higher or lower than the real PH value of the solution.

    2) Method of battery replacement

    The black board with switch on the pen is gently pulled out. Do not pull off the wire. Four 1.5V batteries can be seen and replaced.

    Pay attention to battery polarity and choose the same type of battery.

    When the electrode is inserted into the liquid to be measured or the buffer to be corrected, it shall not exceed the maximum height indicated on the test pen.

    If the electrode is placed for a long time and the sensitive bulb is exposed to the air, the response is slow and the display value is unstable due to the drying of the electrode. At this time, the electrode should be immersed in distilled water to activate for several hours.

    To improve the performance, the electrodes of the PH meter are inserted into distilled water at least once a week for several minutes each time.

    Protein precipitates (such as milk cheese, etc.) are immersed in pepsin and hydrochloric acid solution for elimination. The solution is prepared before use, and after use, the electrodes are immersed in the solution for several hours, then rinsed with clean water, and then immersed in distilled water for several hours.

    Oil film also affects the measurement of sensitive bulbs. Li removes the film, rinses the sensitive bulbs with 75% alcohol solution, dries them with filter paper, rinses them with water, and then immerses them in distilled water for several hours.

    3) pH calibration

    The test pen electrode was immersed in a mixed phosphate standard buffer with a PH value of 6.86 (at 25 C) and shaken slightly.

    Adjust the calibration potentiometer with a small screwdriver until the display value is consistent with the PH value of the standard buffer solution at ambient temperature.

    The electrode was inserted into the standard buffer solution of potassium hydrogen phosphate phthalate (PH4.01) or borax (PH9.18).

    The display value should be within the allowable error range when compared with the PH value of buffer solution.

    4) Procedures and methods of operation

    Remove the protective sheath;

    First, the electrodes of the PH meter are cleaned with distilled water, and the water attached to the electrodes is absorbed by filter paper.

    Switch on the switch located on the battery bin.

    The electrodes of the PH meter are inserted into the tested liquid until the immersion of the liquid is slightly below the "immersion line". If the conditions permit, the solution can be immersed slightly above the "immersion line".

    Gently stir the solution until the value is stable, then read the display value.

    After using, clean the electrodes, turn off the switch and put on the protective cover.
